If you're a keen cyclist or ride a motorbike, knowing what's coming up behind you can be key to your survival. Roads are dangerous places so a new company called ZONA has created the world's first retrofit device that gives every rider a clear rear view mirror in their helmet. What's more, it fits any helmet, anywhere in the world. It's getting brilliant reviews and will no doubt be the must have accessory for all two wheel enthusiasts this coming year.
It really will change the way you ride your bike. I'm chair and a minority investor in the company and believe in the product, 100%.

These are two wonderful Universities and both, close to my heart. I attend regularly to give lectures on radio, spend time with students, help develop ideas and anything that might excite or promote the radio industry as a great place to work and base your career in. I always come away envigorated about the next generation.
Radio Tyneside is my local hospital radio station, staffed by volunteers and a winner of a host of national awards for excellence. In this place, it is all about giving and I'm happy to help them either by raising funds or by training and supporting the broadcasters of tomorrow. It has been on the air for over 65 years, broadcasting around the clock and is the pride of Tyneside.
